Estartit Very popular beach resort on the Costa Brava, but it has always kept it Spanish character, a nice shopping street, a beautiful boulevard overlooking the Medes islands with plenty of terraces and restaurants. Divers love the Medes islands. A trip on a boat around the islands is definitely worth while. Estartit has a broth sand beach, which is very child friendly. But also for the more active holidaymaker there are lots of possibility's: Horse riding, delta flying, tennis, golf, surfing, sailing, carting, cycling, squash, fishing, snorkelling and diving. There are also some lovely walking routes. The Costa Brava has got lots to offer you! It has beautiful landscapes, rocky coasts and beautiful sand beaches with crystal clear water, a boat trip is definitely worth while, to see the big formations of rockery and see the small bays. The area In the area you can still find lots of Middle Age villages (Pals en Peratallada) even the Greek and Roman villages and ruins in Sant Marí d'Empúries, Ullastret and Roses. A visit to Barcelona is actually also a "must", the work from Gaudí are seen through the whole city, the Ramlas, The Olympic Stadium and the lovely harbour with the boulevard, the Aquàrium and the parks, the museums and lots more makes it worth a visit. Torroella de Montgri High on the mountain from Torroella de Montgri lays the Castle from the 13th century. Narrow streets and a nice square characterises this Middle Age village. The weekly Monday market but also the yearly music festival attracts lots of visitors.

This is a three-bedroom house in Carrer Breda, Torre Vella. It has a garage under the house, a living room with dinning area and open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. On the second floor two bedrooms (double) and a bathroom with bath. It has a terrace and garden. Washing machine and television with satellite available. Community pool.

Cómo llegar

Before your departure for your holiday address some important information. When you are on the autopista from France to Barcelona. You cross the border at Perpignan /La Jonquera direction Barcelona At Sortida 5 you have to leave the autopista and follow the signs to L´Escala Before you reach L’Escala you take the turn to Torroella de Montgri. When you arrive at Torroella de Montgri follow the signs directing L’Estartit. After about 3 km you reach a roundabout ,(just before a supermarket VALVI) here you turn left. Now you enter “Urbanization Torre Vella”. This road slowly goes upwards. Follow now the signs "Bar / Restaurant Torre Vella". On the left side of the restaurant is the office of Torre Vella Properties where you can collect your keys. The keys can be collected on Friday or Saturday, depending on the change over day of the house you have rented, between 16.00 h. and 20.00 h. In case you can not collect the keys on the day of arrival within these hours, please contact our office in Spain as soon as possible. We wish you a good journey and a wonderful holiday.
