The structure includes 102 rooms in all in one single block for about 220 beds, served by four lifts; it is equipped with two restaurants, three bars, reception, panoramic hall, panoramic terrace with piano bar, swimming pools at different levels, verandas, arcades, gardens, independent car park and fee paying garage. Almost all of them with a view of the sea, the rooms enjoy wide and privileged verandas towards ?Golfo del Pevero?.
The Hotel enjoys free sight on the "Baia La Colba", in the forefront, Baia Santa Reparata to the south-west, isthmus and Capo Testa peninsula to the north-west, while in the distance, always towards the west, you dominate all the coast, from Vignola until Castelsardo; finally towards north you can see the forelands of Corsica and the small town of Bonifacio.
Divided into "Classic", "Superior", "Deluxe", all of them are provided with bathroom with shower or tub, hairdryer, colour satellite TV, fridge, air conditioning, telephone with direct line, safe, balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped with solid wood furniture and typical Sardinian fabrics.
In addition to the inner equipped car park and the gardens, the complex is provided with facilities dedicated to the guests, on the beach besides the hotel, composed of sun beds, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, with the possibility to play nautical sport activities by paying an extra fee. A swimming pool with hydro massage provided with sun beds and beach umbrellas. Water and solarium total surface is about 1000 sqm.. TV room, fitness centre.
