HOTEL:
This is the site of the oldest inn in the United Kingdom. It is known that it has been in continuous use since 961AD and has had a chequered history throughout the years. It is certainly at the highest altitude being just over 640 meters above sea level.
SITUACIÓN:
The hotel is located just off the A93 from Perth and Blairgowrie to Braemar. An excellent base for skiing being 8 min from the Glenshee Ski Slopes and close enough to give the skiing at Lecht or Aviemore a go. Close to Royal Deesife and set amidst magnificent scenery, the hotel is also a good base for hillwalkers, golfers and othe outdoor activities. |
