This family friendly beach hotel complex was opened on August 1st, 2006 and comprises 3 buildings forming an inner area full of greenery with a total of 206 apartments and 6 one-family houses. The architectural image of the complex, built in the style of the old Bulgarian houses, is dominated by wide terraces, narrow windows, protruding roofs, wooden gates, railings and staircases. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour check-in/check out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a supermarket and 2 restaurants. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service. There is a free car park available to guests and the accommodation offers 24-hour security.
SITUACIÓN:
This complex is located in the St. Vlas resort, on the waterfront, just 20 m away from the sea and 200 m from the sandy beach. Only 500 m away guests will find the lively Dinevi marina area with its beautiful yachting marina, 8 restaurants, 2 nightspots, boutiques and other entertainment. It is 900 m to the centre of Sveti Vlas, where guests will find links to the public transport network. Burgas Airport is just 45 km away.
HABITACIÓN:
The apartments consist of 1 living room and 1 bedroom (for 2-4 persons) or 1 living room and 2 bedrooms (for 4-6 persons). All apartments, no matter what their capacity, come with a fully equipped kitchennette with a fridge, an extractor hood, tea and coffee making facilities, a cooking stove, dishware, glasses and cups. The bedrooms can have twin beds or a king-size bed and the living room area is large and cosy, with a fold-up sofa, armchairs, a dining area and cable TV. Some of the apartments also have supplementary amenities such as a DVD-player and a microwave. All apartments offer individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a safe and either a balcony or a terrace. Apartment facilities also include a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board and plastic furniture for the balcony.
DEPORTES:
This hotel features 2 swimming pools with children's sections, sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also relax with a massage and sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym. It is also possible to go banana boating, motor boating, windsurfing and sailing.
