Key West Studio units feature courtyard views. Units include all of the above as well as microwave, two burner stove, and a toaster (sleeps up to 4). Sunset Condo Suites have views of the intercoastal waterway. Units include a living room (with a pull-out sofabed), kitchen/dining area (with full-sizes refrigerator, stove microwave oven, dishwasher and a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds (sleeps up to 4). Sunset Condo Villas (courtyard views) and Marina Condo Villas (waterway views) feature: 1st level a living room (with sofa bed), dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. The second level has a lofted bedroom with king bed, large walk in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower (sleeps up to 4 maximum adults 2)|
Boat rentals can be arranged at the hotel marina. There is a large free-form swimming pool with waterfalls and a pirate ship all beside a children's play area. The hotel provided tennis equipment to use on their courts.
The hotel restaurant Jimmy Guana's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; serving up fresh Florida seafood and other culinary treats. The bar features some of the best frozen drinks on the coast.
