The hotel has a bright, medium-sized lobby with the reception desk at one end. There is a small shop next to the reception and a cosy lobby-bar next to the restaurant.
HABITACIONES:
All rooms are spacious, very modern in design and decorated in light colours so daylight is maximised. The hotel is a new build as of May 2006 , so all rooms are in excellent condition.

This is a modern building with 9 steps and a gradually-sloping ramp leading up to the entrance.
SITUACIÓN:
The hotel is located in the Schonbrunn district of the town, the nearest train station being Vienna's Westbahnhof. The underground station "Schonbrunn" is 200 metres away, with direct links to all the main sites, shopping areas and gardens Vienna has to offer - for example Karlsplatz is on a direct link six stops away.
