The city hotel is the answer to many travellers' dreams, staying in a centuries-old Venetian residence, which today is a small, charming boutique hotel with 12 guest rooms. The hotel is air-conditioned and welcomes guests in a lobby. At the residence, each floor expresses a different style, from the intriguing and charmingly modern first floor, to the mansard ceilings of the top floor after passing through the elegant 18th-century Venetian style that characterises the second floor with the breakfast room.
SITUACIÓN:
The hotel is located on Strada Nuova, a 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station on the route that goes from Piazzale Roma to the Rialto area. The establishment is an original Venetian house. It is located in one of Venice's lively and characteristic areas, surrounded by open-air markets, wine bars, restaurants and shops.
HABITACIÓN:
Standard rooms are welcoming, splendidly decorated and comfortable with a private bathroom outside the room with a shower. Each room also has a TV, a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. A minibar and WLAN Internet access are available on request.

The reception is open from 7:30 am until 8:00 pm.
