It is easily reached from the central docks of Riva degli Schiavoni which open out from the Calle delle Rasse alley. This historic street has been known since the mediaeval period for its shops selling lana rassa, a rough wool, used for the covers of the gondolas (felze). Guests will find restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity and nearby attractions include Rialto Bridge, S. Zaccharia and the Tower Bell. The lido of Venice is approximately 3 km from the business hotel, as is the main train station.
