HOTEL:
The traditionall Thai hotel takes a very simple and beautiful form and is well adapted for the tropical climate and its environment. There are many features common to traditional houses up and down the country. Entire living areas are raised on stilts to protect against flooding and to allow life to flourish alongside river and flood plain areas. Roofs are steeply slanted to quickly carry rainwater away from the house. Many are decorated to reflect religious and local historical influences. The use of hardwoods, bamboo and dried leaves in the construction process helps to keep the buildings dry and cool.
SITUACIÓN:
The resort is situated on the secluded northern Maenum Bay which provides find sandy beach and sparkling water. It offers stunning view of Koh Pha Ngan and other surround outlying island. The total area is 15 Rai or approx. 2.4 hectares. The resort is a 20 min drive from Nathon Pier as well as the busy shopping and nightlife centre of Chaweng. It is 20 km West of the airport. |
