A compulsory Activities card has to be purchased by guests from 08 July 06 to 02 September 06. The apartments have a private beach with the use of beach umbrellas and sunbeds. There are also two private pools for the use of guests. There is also a restaurant open all day including breakfast.

A small private complex of brand new one and two bedroom apartments located on the beach. The small town of Roseto offers lots of restaurants, shops and bars. There is a large shopping mall nearby.

Brand new two bedroom apartments with air conditioning. There is a sofa bed available for a fifth person. Television and phone in each apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and balcony for outdoor dining.

Cómo llegar

FROM PESCARA AIRPORT: - Exit from airport and turn left, proceed for about 1.2 Km. At the traffic lights turn left onto the SS. 16 Adriatica, follow the signs fo ANCONA - MONTESILVANO and proceed straight ahead. At the end of the road (about 8 Km) turn left towards Montesilvano and proceed straight ahead. Go North towards Montesilvano stay on the main road for about 18 Km passing through the small towns of SILVI, PINETO and SCERNE DI PINETO You will arrive in the town of ROSETO. Take the first turn on the right that takes you to the costal road. At the end of the road turn left onto the VIA LUNGO MARE TRIESTE going north.
