Renovated in 2008, the resort's 24 charming twin villas are built and decorated in a contemporary, cosy style. They are spacious and offer great terraces with superb views of the Arade River and the town of Portimão. Facilities on offer to guests at this family-friendly beach establishment include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, a games room, a bar and a restaurant. Guests will appreciate the Internet access and there is parking available for those arriving by car.
These villas are located just a few minutes from Portimão, on the left side of Arade River in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. Guests will find the centre of Ferragudo, restaurants, bars, links to the public transport network and the sea all just a 5-minute walk away. It is 17 minutes on foot to Praia Grande beach and 8 minutes' drive to Portimão and its shops. Faro Airport is 65 km away.
Both bedroom villas can accommodate up to 6 people and have one twin and one double room both with bathrooms. They also offer an open dining and living room, with sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with fridge, 4 cooking rings, a microwave, an electric toaster and a kettle. Other amenities on offer in the villas include satellite/cable TV, a safe and an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning. Either a balcony or a terrace is provided in all accommodation as standard.
Each villa features its own outdoor swimming pool and the resort features a children's swimming area with poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also relax in the hot tub and it is possible to try jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating and sailing all for an additional fee. Moreover, tennis, table tennis, horse riding and biking are also available at an extra charge and golf enthusiasts can play a round at the nearest golf course (charges apply), which is just a 15-minute drive from the resort. There are sun loungers and parasols available to hire for an additional fee on the sandy/rocky beach.
Guests coming from Faro Airport should head for the A22 to Portimão/Albufeira /Lisbon and remain on it for about 23 minutes. Then take exit 6 towards Lagoa, and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted for Carvoeiro/N125/Estombar. Take the slip road onto the N125 and follow signs to Parchal/Ferragudo. Go straight on to Ferragudo and the resort is on the left-hand side.
