The first part of the building where the hotel and the restaurant are located was established about 200 years ago in accordance with the architectural tradition of Cappadocia and enlarged in the 1950s for the purpose of meeting the necessities of the families residing in the building. It was restored and since 1985 it has been serving both local and foreign guests at first as a restaurant, then as a hotel. The air-conditioned historical hotel offers 47 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Further facilities include a games room, TV lounge, children's playground, bar, restaurant and a car park. For an additional fee, guests may also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access, laundry service and bicycle hire service.
The historical hotel is situated 500 m from the centre of Goreme, where guests will find restaurants, bars, shops and a bus station. Nevsehir is approximately 12 km from the hotel, Urgup is 11 km, Uchisar 5 km and Erkilet International Airport is around 75 km away.
Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, TV and a private balcony or terrace.
