HOTEL:
Totally renovated on 2006, the Palazzo Vecchio Hotel, maintain the tradition of a family hotel. It offers 34 no-smoking single, double and triple rooms, all of which are large and comfortable to meet the needs of families.
SITUACIÓN:
The hotel is located in a particularly strategic position in Florence. It is near Santa Maria Novella and the sites for trade shows and conventions, as well as the most important historical and artistic sights of the city. The hotel is opposite to Palazzo degli Affari, a short walk from Palazzo dei Congressi and Fortezza da Basso. The hotel is also in the immediate vicinity of the Chiesa San Lorenzo, with its Cappelle Medicee, mausoleum for the Medici family and Sagrestie (sacristies). The Sagrestia Nuova was designed by Michelangelo and here the artist sculpted the immensely charming allegorical sculptures of Day and Night and Dawn and Dusk.
HABITACIÓN:
The hotel has 34 rooms which are all large and comfortable. The essential and elegant furniture in soft colours is enhanced by the floors made of excellent quality material. Parquet and multi-colour ceramics add a warm cosy feeling to the rooms. Each room is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay in our hotel pleasant: direct dial phone, colour TV, air conditioning and private bathrooms. The bathrooms have been specially designed with matching colours and all comforts; all superior rooms have hairdryers and Jacuzzis.

The bar is open throughout the day for coffee and snacks. In the evening you can choose one of the numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, where you can sample dishes of Florentine and Tuscan cuisine accompanied by a glass of good Chianti. |
