IEstablished in 1611, this luxury Hotel is situated in the village of Broadford overlooking Broadford Bay. Each of the hotel´s 8 bedrooms are decorated in deep Drambuie colours, with luxurious furnishings and the following amenities as standard: en suite facilities, flat screen TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, telephone, trouser press and internet connection. With delicious cuisine and a real Highland welcome, this is a superb place to relax on the beautiful Isle of Skye. Skye´s wonderful larder of fresh produce forms the backbone of The Broadford´s cuisine, with a selection of menus that take full advantage of the Scottish larder. There are two bars to choose from, each offering a different ambience. The Spinnaker Bar is more luxurious, with deep leather sofas - a great place to enjoy a frothy cappuccino or to sample the hotel´s speciality drink: a Drambuie served long with soda and fresh lime. The Gabbro bar is more traditional and serves as a good spot to enjoy the ´craic´ with the locals or enjoy a malt whisky by the fire.
