This family-friendly hotel was built in 1928 and was originally called Crawford's Tea Rooms. In the war it was used to house serving American airmen. In the early 1950s, an extension was added and it became a bar and hotel. Not long after that, it became a full hotel with 12 en suite rooms, a restaurant and a bar. There is limited complimentary parking on-site and a designated disabled parking space. There is off-road parking in the streets nearby.

Exit onto the slip road and, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Holden Hurst Road. Turn left onto Ashley Road A3049 and, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ashley Road A35. Bear left onto Christchurch Road A35 and turn right onto Park wood Road B3059. Continue onto the B3059 and turn right onto Seaborne Road B3059. Turn right onto Wentworth Avenue and bear left onto Fisherman's Avenue. Turn left onto Pine Avenue and finally turn right onto Seaward Avenue.
